How do I care for my handmade ceramics?

It is normal for some staining to happen after awhile especially if they're used for coffee, dark teas, turmeric, etc. To minimize staining, wash with soap and dry immediately after use. 


How often do you restock or launch new collections? 

As a one-woman small business, it takes awhile to make magic happen! Depending on schedules, the website should be updated every month or so. Reach out to us on Instagram (@buttersagepottery) for more info and updates on launches, events and pop-ups.


When will my order be shipped?

Orders placed on this site will be shipped within 1-3 business days unless stated otherwise.

How much is the shipping fee? 

West Malaysia - RM8 

East Malaysia - RM15 for the first item, plus RM5 for every additional 2 items

Singapore - RM45 for the first item, plus RM10 for every additional 2 items
Rest of the world - please drop us an email at buttersageclay@gmail.com and we will get back to you with a quote. 


Shipping to Malaysia is free for orders above RM300. 


What happens if my items arrive broken? 

Our heart breaks with it! Email us at buttersageclay@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order with images and videos and we will be in touch.


Can I exchange or return a product I have purchased?

All products sold are not exchangeable or returnable. Do take note of sizes and imperfections (if any) on the product description before you make a purchase. As these are a hundred percent handmade, we hope you appreciate the artist's production marks that some pieces may have. 


Do you do large orders?
